在細紗機的電子成型控制中，採用伺服系統控制鋼領板電子升降功能，根據前羅拉的吐紗速度和紗線的粗細度設定繞紗節距和成型高度，計算出紗線在紗管和管底繞紗所需的鋼領板升降速度，通過編碼器發出信號回授給伺服系統，實現細紗機的電子成型。

       Electronic ring rail motion control is adapting electronic and servo motor system to control the ring rail up and down motion. Based on the delivery speed of front roller and yarn count, set winding pitch & chess height, it will automatically calculate ring rail motion for yarn winding on cops and cops building period, through encoder and send the data signal to servo system to control ring rail motion.
